What is the Prochem Polaris 800?

The Prochem Polaris 800 is a commercial self-contained carpet extractor that combines solution application, carpet agitation and powerful vacuum recovery into one highly efficient machine.

Designed for professional carpet cleaning contractors, facilities management companies and institutional cleaning teams, the Polaris 800 offers outstanding cleaning performance while remaining easy to manoeuvre. Its compact, balanced design allows operators to clean large carpeted areas quickly without the fatigue associated with traditional portable extraction systems.

The machine also accepts optional carpet wands and upholstery hand tools for cleaning stairs, upholstery and confined areas.

How Does the Prochem Polaris 800 Work?

The Polaris 800 injects cleaning solution into carpets through its 150 PSI diaphragm pump, while the floating self-levelling cylindrical power brush agitates carpet fibres to loosen dirt, grease and embedded debris.

The twin 2-stage bypass vacuum motors immediately recover the dirty solution, leaving carpets cleaner and significantly reducing drying times.

Its floating brush automatically adjusts to different carpet pile heights, eliminating continual manual adjustment and maintaining consistent cleaning performance across a variety of commercial flooring.
