What is the Prochem Polaris 1200?

The Prochem Polaris 1200 is a commercial self-contained carpet extractor that combines solution application, agitation and powerful extraction into one highly productive machine.

Designed for professional carpet cleaning contractors, facilities management companies and institutional cleaning teams, the Polaris 1200 is ideal for maintaining large carpeted areas quickly and efficiently.

Unlike traditional portable extractors that require a separate carpet wand, the Polaris 1200 features a self-contained extraction head with a 48cm (19″) floating cylindrical power brush, providing outstanding cleaning performance while reducing operator fatigue.

How Does the Prochem Polaris 1200 Work?

The Polaris 1200 sprays cleaning solution into the carpet using a 150 PSI diaphragm pump while the self-levelling cylindrical power brush agitates carpet fibres to loosen embedded dirt.

The twin 2-stage bypass vacuum motors immediately recover the dirty solution, leaving carpets cleaner and drier in a single pass.

Its floating brush automatically adjusts to different carpet pile heights, eliminating the need for continual manual adjustment and ensuring consistent cleaning results across a wide range of carpet types.

Optional carpet wands and upholstery hand tools can be connected directly to the machine for cleaning stairs, edges and upholstery.
